Shopify offers a responsive website that is SEO-friendly and based on a 10-page template.

WHAT WE DO

To get started, we kindly ask for the following information:

• A concise overview of your client's needs and expectations
• If possible, please provide a sitemap for a 10-page website
• Logo files and any brand guidelines you have
• Your content or let us know if you'd like us to create content for an additional cost
• Any reference websites that inspire you
• Please choose a theme or template on Shopify
• Sign up for a Shopify plan, version 7.1, and share access to the Shopify dashboard

Design & Development

• Our process kicks off with the creation of the website's homepage, which typically takes around 4 business days to finalize
• Once the homepage is complete, we'll proceed to develop the inner pages, aiming to deliver them within approximately 2 weeks, provided all necessary information is readily available

Pre-Launch and Post-Launch Quality Assurance

• Prior to launching the website, we conduct a thorough test to ensure everything is working as expected (allowing up to 4 business days for this process)
• Following the website's launch, we perform a second round of testing and then formally hand over the completed site

Please Note:

In order to finish the tasks defined in the project scope, it will take us around 2-3 weeks from start to finish. The duration may vary based on when we get feedback or content at different stages of the project. Delays on the client's side may impact the project timeline and cause it to fall behind schedule.

• The website will be created based on a template chosen from Shopify
• Customizing the templates is limited, so modifications can only be made if feasible
• We will use a maximum of 8 stock images from 123rf.com, with an extra charge of $10 per image for additional stock images
• The initial price of this contract is determined by your needs, and any new additions will be quoted separately with an estimated timeframe for the extra work
• Content writing is not included in this quote; if you require content writing, the cost will be $31 per page (up to 250 words)
• Additional pages will incur a charge of $20 per page, and each extra contact form will cost $25
• You are responsible for providing all necessary materials and information, such as photographs, written copy based on the sitemap, and logos, to ensure the timely completion of the project
• Access to the Shopify dashboard with admin privileges
• The purchase of any necessary apps/add-ons will need to be done by you
